Every rehabilitation process begins with a comprehensive, 90-minute in-home diagnostic assessment. During this initial session, we step into your home environment to analyze your household layout, daily routines, and family lifestyle.
Systematic Evaluation Process
Environmental Audit:
Maps out your home and surroundings to identify and address the specific triggers causing the behavior.
Behavioral Observation:
Assesses your dog in their natural environment to safely evaluate real-time reactivity, temperament, and communication style.
Family Lifestyle Analysis:
Evaluates daily family dynamics to see how household interactions and routines may be driving the behavior.
From there, we create a customized roadmap tailored to your household’s unique needs and discuss exactly what it will take to achieve full rehabilitation and lasting harmony. We will address all of your family’s questions, set clear and realistic expectations, and immediately implement management strategies to give you relief before leaving your home.

Private In-Home Behavioral Rehabilitation
There are three distinct behavioral protocols designed around the specific complexity and severity of your household's situation.
Every protocol features a dual-focus approach: one part is dedicated to the direct conditioning and rehabilitation of the dog, while the other focuses on educating your household.
What Knowledge Do You and Your Family Gain?
You will learn practical canine psychology, effective communication, and how to accurately read your dog's body language—ensuring everyone understands exactly how human behavior influences the dog.
Note:
• Session Duration: All single-dog sessions are 60 minutes in length. For multi-dog households, sessions expand to 90 minutes to ensure a safe, thorough intervention for everyone.
• Multi-Dog Households: Owning multiple dogs does not automatically require a Multi-Dog Protocol. If only one dog requires active rehabilitation, you only need our Single-Dog Protocol.
The 4-Week Protocol
Structure: 4 Total Sessions
(1 session/week for 4 weeks) then 1 session per week from there)

Maintenance Protocols
Upon successful completion of an intensive rehabilitation protocol, your household can transition to our maintenance tier to ensure your dog's long-term success remains completely intact.
Structure:
Sold as a package of 4 sessions (60 minutes each), scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on your custom roadmap.
Focus:
Provides ongoing oversight, refines household dynamics as your dog matures, and maintains total stability in your home environment.
Note: All sessions must be completed on a regular, consistent weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
Policies & Safeguards
• Payment Policy: All diagnostic assessments and behavioral protocols require full payment upfront via our automated invoice portal before appointments are officially locked into the calendar.
• Reschedule & Cancellation Policy: We require a strict 48-hour notice for all session reschedules or cancellations. Any appointment changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will immediately forfeit that session from your package balance.
• Package Expiration Policy: To maintain the necessary momentum for successful rehabilitation, all sessions must be completed within the designated package timeframe plus a 2-week grace window (e.g., a 4-week protocol carries a strict 6-week expiration date). Unused sessions past this window are void.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final. Our practice accepts a limited volume of specialized cases each month; therefore, all assessments and protocols are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
